Reheating Instructions

Ensure products are thoroughly heated 165°F (74°C) before serving. Since appliances vary, the instructions below are guidelines only.

Thaw: Product can be submerged in cold water for 30 min or overnight in the refrigerator.

Rib Reheating Instructions

BBQ: Preheat barbecue on medium-high heat. Wrap ribs in aluminium foil, place on grill and heat for 10 to 12 minutes per side.

Pro tip … Add a couple of tablespoons of Apple Juice in with the Ribs while reheating to release more flavour from the ribs. This also helps to replace the moisture that is lost in the freezing/thawing process.

Do not add the sauce during the cooking.

Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F. Wrap product in aluminium foil. Place product on a baking tray and position in the centre of the oven. Bake for 40 minutes, turning ribs over halfway through baking time.

If desired place Sauce in Oven Safe Pan for last 10 min to heat.
